We design digital concepts and services, and create visual working prototypes, aiming to reverse the traditional paradigm and enable faster implementation and adoption of new solutions according to the needs of the company involved.
CO - DESIGN LAB
Co-Design LABs are the place we have designed to allow our customers’ teams of innovators to:
- Design service concepts and solutions in “test & learn mode” to gather insights into feasibility and potential strategic value.
- Learn service design methodologies and tools in specific training-by-doing sessions.
- Develop and spread the mindset within the internal community to strive for innovation and lower barriers preventing this.

During a Service Design project our team takes care of the end-to-end process from conception to prototyping:
- We stimulate the design of new service concepts in B2C, B2B and B2E.
- We co-build the service’s business model and Customer Journey based on relevant market and user insights
- We design the operating logic of the new service.
- We identify the technological solutions and organizational adjustments necessary for the implementation of the service.
- We formulate POC’s in partnership with hi tech and agile startups.
