Digital business consultant
The role of Digital Business Consultant in doDigital requires strong project management and analytical skills to carry out context analysis and contribute to the definition of scenarios of technological evolution in the context of reengineering and transformation projects of business services and business processes.
The position also requires the knowledge of the basic elements of a Company Information Systems in order to detect and provide evidence related to innovation needs and identify the best technological opportunities to be seized in the transformation of processes, services and /or information systems for medium to large companies.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering (or related), with a strong project management and analytical capabilities as well as being able to contribute to the reengineering of processes combined with a knowledge of company information systems. You also need a good understanding of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS Visio.
The selected figure will be involved in the following activities:
• Understand customers’ business needs and requirements, translate business information and data into insights useful for defining the best solutions with a clear strategic vision.
• Map underlying business services and processes, data flows and data schemas.
• Use Business Process Modeling tools, as well as sharing lean thinking principles and tools.
• Conduct scenario analysis and design the model including action plans.
• Plan project management activities throughout ensuring compliance with processing times and deadlines shared with the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in advances in technology and related trends.
